      <description>&lt;P&gt;#moderator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan expires/renews today and I want to start a different plan today but it only appears to let me start it on next renewel.&amp;nbsp; Going from $40 plan to $25 plan.&amp;nbsp; Please advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has it already billed for service next month?&amp;nbsp; You should have got the system to change your plan next renewal date before your plan was due today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your screen says anything other than active then you can only renew your current plan. Best thing is to simply futuredate a plan change ahead of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
