      <title>Calls and texts barely work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First day with Public Mobile. For 85% of the day I could not receive or make calls. The calls I did make were dropped after a minute. For textin,g it takes about 5 minutes for my text to send, if is sends at all, and not recieiving all my texts.. Starting to feel like i got ripped off. Reset my phone a million times. Any ideas what might be causing this? I'm in Ottawa so coverage should be good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
