      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also don't cancell plan with old carrier before port to PM is complete. PM will cancell old plan automatically.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with all the above.&amp;nbsp; You can actually port during activation, but the reason it is suggested to port after activation, is that ocassinailly there are activation issues. And if those occur it is better they happen to a temp number rather than a ported number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
