      <title>my bill and my email/user name</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was expecting to receive a paper bill....and now I can't text or call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what my password is to login. I'm not able to select what's my password, as the email address&amp;nbsp;that is linked to my account I never use, and can't get in to check that email,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what to do - need to pay the bill, so I have a functioning phone again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I able to change the email that is associated with my account, so I can get my bill when issued?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/91083"&gt;@DeenaMacKenzie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; no invoices paper or electonic are offered.&amp;nbsp; try calling 611, *611, or #611&amp;nbsp; if you get the automated system you can top up using a voucher, purchased some many stores (7-11, gas statyion london drugs etc. ) our you can use a service like recharge.com (they change a service fee though)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as for changing the email address you would need to contact moderator_team.&amp;nbsp; but you will need a working number for account verification&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to log into my email account that's linked to my Public Mobile account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have activated my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I don't know my password to login to view my bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I clicked on "forgot my password", it gave me this message: Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason when I click on the link to send a private message, I don't have the ability to send a message...not sure what the problem is&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not disagree&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/76732"&gt;@Triguy&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The Knowledge Base / Help articles seem to be delayed in updating, and/or revisions all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sure would be nice to have totally accurate information at all times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Orange Badges (such as Alan_K) are not moderators.&amp;nbsp; the 'MOD' badges do signify moderators, however, most recent instructions have been to directly Private Message the "Moderator_Team" account so that all moderators can see what the problems are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
