      <title>US data and talk package did not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I request a refund or credit to my account? US data and roaming did not work the entire week I was in Montana it worked previously on my trip to Arizona so I know how to purchase it and add it properly. &amp;nbsp;I rebooted and continued to try and troubleshoot the entire week and now I’m back in Canada and all is good except I’d like my money refunded for service not provided/ not rendered. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have to message a moderator.
