Can you post a screen shot of your overview page in selfserve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not what is the available funds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried adding funds equal to your amount owing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have available funds have you tried the lost stolen trick mentioned above?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also it helps if you quote the person or mention the person you are replying to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
