When I call 611 it doesn't ask me for anything except when I want to buy an add-on using the CC on file&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reset pin you need to contact mods.
