I recently activated my SIM card. I made the payment for my plan taxes included. The amount was withdrawn from my card but my balance shows $0 funds available.

@Keiran25 That's normal because the amount was used to pay for your plan. If you login into selfserve and select your payment history the details should be displayed.

@Keiran25 It just means that it's in the middle of processing your payment, your plan probably also still says Suspended or Expired, it's normal and should complete with no problems.

@Keiran25 As long as your phone is working you can ignore the message. It will go back to normal once the renewal process completes.

PM plans are prepaid so for your account activation there would be an initail payment (charge) to your credit card.
