Is there anyone to talk to here that can offer a better data deal for a loyal customer?

No, there isn't. Public Mobile does not have a loyalty department. The plans offered (https://www.publicmobile.ca/plans) are the only ones available, and they are available to all existing customers and new customers equally.

The best data deal is currently $50 for 8GB. I would argue that it won't be easy to find a better deal than that!

You have $1~$5 loyalty rewards already. Don't think a loyalty plan would be possible given that an incentive is already in place.

I'm not a data guy, but yes, that 8 GB/30-day plan for $50 is a good looking deal. Sure, it's throttled LTE speeds, but the latency is low, the current deal contains Canada-wide and US Calling (minus a couple US area codes), and international SMS & MMS.

If you want 8 GB of data, it's priced very well.

You could pay the same price at the orange carrier - but the network is nowhere near as good as it is here.
