    <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a web browser issue; below are a few steps I would try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Chrome "Incognito" mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Internet Explore "InPrivate Browsing" mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Copy the activation link to either of those browsers and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Not able to verify email account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to PM, ported over a number (3 weeks ago). I am trying to set up an account online. I was able to verify the phone number, but not the email address associated with the account. Which is strange, because I have received 2 emails from PM to this email account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help, as I would like to auto pay my bill;)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
