When retrieving voicemails, it counts the minutes too. All calls round up to next minutes (1:30 min = 2 min will be deducted).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may check out your usage under My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A phone port is not immediate your old provider must release you number before you can start receiving calls. Best to continue to use your old sim card until it stops working. Once that happens it means that the port has completed and at that point if you insert your PM sim card you will be able to receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
