I tried restarting the phone and connecting it to the local cellular network but no luck. My account says that it's been purchased.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60388"&gt;@MaliniS&lt;/a&gt;, just to clarify, is this a US long distance calling add-on you purchased?&amp;nbsp; The minutes are for consumption while in Canada and connected to the Public Mobile network.&amp;nbsp; The add-on purchasing is a two step process (see link below).&amp;nbsp; Step 1 results in funds going into the account.&amp;nbsp; Step 2 applies funds in account to making the add-on purchase.&amp;nbsp; If the purchase is successful, you will not see funds in the account.&amp;nbsp; You will see the add-on minutes showing in the overview page.&amp;nbsp; Once the add-on is purchase, it becomes usable.&amp;nbsp; There are not additional steps to enable it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/HOWTO-Purchasing-Add-ons/m-p/198974" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/HOWTO-Purchasing-Add-ons/m-p/198974&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
