      <title>Lost phone, reactivate suspended account to new sim?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day, my son lost his phone a month ago and I suspended his account in the hopes it would turn up and I’d be able to reactivate it. It’s been about a month and it’s not looking good as the phone is still MIA (I have reported it missing/lost). In the meantime hes been using an old spare phone with no SIM.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would be the process the reactivate the account with a new SIM so that he can keep his existing public mobile phone number and account? I don’t want him to lose his monthly rewards and he doesn’t want to lose his existing phone number....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79154"&gt;@Sasafraz&lt;/a&gt; You can have your account deactivated for up to 90 days before it is deleted. Any time before then you can just get another SIM and change the number in the account, report your phone as found, and reactivate the account with the same phone number and rewards, with no fees to reactivate.</description>
