      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would be curious to know what kind of success rate users have contacting mods for this kind of thing. These posts come up fairly often with replies that you have to contact a mod for a refund. But does that actually work? Hopefully the original poster replies with what happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
