      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wifi isn't provided by Public Mobile. You need to make sure your phone is setup to recieve the your wifi signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just want to verify it is a carrier customization issue. Was your Samsung phone a prepaid phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, I would suggest you backup your data, then go to your nearest corner cell phone store and ask them to flash the original factory firmware for you. That should remove gotchas like that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
