    <description>&lt;P&gt;This Mortorola G is from Canada, I was using it with PM before I &amp;nbsp;switch to Koodo and now I came but to PM &amp;nbsp;with same tell unfortunetely it does not &amp;nbsp;recognize my sim after activation, do I need still to unlock it ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using a NEW Public Mobile SIM, or is the card the same one that you used when you were with PM before switching to Koodo? If if is the same card, it was deactivated when you left PM for Koodo. If this is the case, click Contact Us on this site's homepage. Another page will open with Email Away on it. Click that. Another page will open with radio buttons on it. Select the buttons that are relevant, and a web form will appear. Complete and submit it. Ensure that you state the size of SIM card that you want. In approximately 2 weeks, the card will arrive by postal mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unlocking your phone is unnecessary if you were using it with Koodo. PM/Koodo/Telus all share the same network and the same frequencies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if it is the older phone may not operate, check your network connection type, you may see several network available. choose the public mobile network, also type of connection such as gsm and hspa and dsm, , it you did not get results, the kiosk at the wow are very great, check with them, I had similar issues , I could not use my older HTC phone due to incompatiblity . I changed to a newer phone it worked great. good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
