      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just join Public Mobile 3 hours ago activate my sim and account, I was with pay as you go plan (no contract) with other carrier and now i can make call but not receving any call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I receive a text massage about to complete your requst to move to PM go to PM.ca and click Contact us and complete the SIM &amp;amp; activation !!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First there is no Contact us on the PM page !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second I already did complete the SIM and Activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whts going on, was before with PM with no problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It would technically be inactive. The week is more of a grace period for billing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your previous plan was a post-paid plan then they should be able to pro-rate a refund when you get ported out/closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It says transfer. Can be confusing when everybody's saying porting. Porting is the common word.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your OP indicates you did a transfer. Now you're saying you "have my own number". What own number? You either transfer "your own number" from another provider or you pick a new number from here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
