      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just transfered to Public Mobile and my bq Aquaris E5 (which according to the MP webpage is compatible with their network) does not connect. The SIM card works (tested in another phone) and the phone is unlocked (tested it with another sim card). Any ideas why is not working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe try a factory reset and see if it connects. If it still doesn't connect Thein your phone is not compatible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
