      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your plan currently expired if so you can only renew your old plan.&amp;nbsp; Mods can do a plan change on expired accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Futuredate&amp;nbsp; the plan change tlfor next renewal.&amp;nbsp; Any changes mid plan forefit anything remaining in old plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you renew. If 1-2 days you might be able to ask mods for good will and get a plan change. By adding funds or getting a balance credit depending on the difference between. Old and new plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
