      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you provide more information?&amp;nbsp; Have you starting the porting process, or are you looking for instructions on how to do it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can port your number by logging into to selfserve, and clicking on "change your number".&amp;nbsp; This will give you the option to port your old number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have already starting porting, and it doesn't complete within a day or, you should contact the Moderator Team with a private message so that they can look into it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I initiated the process online but an error message came back on meid. Apparently, there is no redo anymore.&amp;nbsp; I did contact the mods but I guess their response will not come for few days from now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
