      <title>Data not working for the SIM, not the phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data has not been working properly for some time on my OnePlus 3T.&amp;nbsp; Today I put in another PM SIM and it connected right away.&amp;nbsp; And my SIM in the other phone also did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account has 6 GB data enabled (90 days), and NO data has been used this period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did see that there have been some attempts to connect to data in the usage history, showing 0 MB data a few times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The APN settings have been changed to match exactly with 2 other PM phones that are working with data. As well as trying to match up with what a number of posts and websites indicate the APN should be, such as here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/oneplus-3t" target="_blank"&gt;https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/oneplus-3t&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would send a message to mods and ask them to look into 'reseting" your account to make sure there is nothing on the systems end. Also link to this thread or explain all the steps you have done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sometimes you have to download a certain extension to your phone settings i remember having this issue once with chatr where i purchased a data add on and it wouldnt work so i called them and they gave me a certain link to go to and than i had to download it to my iphone from the webpage, the reason this happens is cause the provider you were with before already had theese settings put into your phone from purchase so you dont have to deal with it from the get go until you switch your provider.&amp;nbsp; contact the modrator team and see if this might be the case, to contact the moderator simply go to your messages and compose a mesage addressed to Moderater_Team or tag them in your community post&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; just as so&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it was working for a long time.&amp;nbsp; I did have a problem after an update of the OS, but I got that resolved.&amp;nbsp; Then data worked again for a while and stopped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already tried network resetting.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I even went so far as to completely reset my phone.&amp;nbsp; Blanked it out and started from scratch.&amp;nbsp; Painful, and it did not help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
