Can't send sms but I receive,data works fine.What might be the problem?

@MR1155Kagz you have to input the SMSC number for Public Mobile

short message service center

It's a setting (a pre-specified phone number) that allows text messages to be routed properly by the cell carrier. Each cell phone company has its own.

Make sure your cellphone doesn't add '00' before '1' automatically when you send SMS message.

I have the correct SMSC number for Public Mobile

short message service center but still it's not working.I have also tried the APN settings.

@MR1155Kagz Try sending the SMS by dialling the number directly not using you contacts. If it works then the issue is with you contacts maybe using an incorrect dialling prefix. Did you come back from a trip recently?
