    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you used up the 50 minutes on your $10 plan and went over, that's most likely why you were overcharged (or if you went over both your minutes and texts). You may have also been charged the 30 month plan early due to overuse.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, if this isn't the case, I'd call them or ask the mods on here for help, as that sounds more like a technical issue rather than a personal issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to call my sister, it says talk is not included in your plan but I have the $30 a month unlimited talk and text plus some data.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I was also overcharged for the first month of trying out Pulic Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I signed up for the $10 a month plan for the first month just to try it out but got charged the $30 a month plan which was supposed to start the next month.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
