      <title>Cannot change plans!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently on the $10 plan and signed up to change plans on renewal date tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; I have decided to remain on the $10 plan, but cannot change plans or even show up the option to cancel upcoming changes on renewal date.&amp;nbsp; No options to choose from either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cleared the cache, went into incognito mode, and tried other browsers.&amp;nbsp; Nothing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't wish to change plans now, and if I don't have the option to cancel it today, it'll go into effect tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone with insight?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the system does that,&amp;nbsp; wait a few hours and log back in and you should see the option to cancel the plan change&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So if you don't want to proceed with the change, simply select cancel plan change.&amp;nbsp; You will remain on your current plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Changing upon renewal is always the best option so you don't lose any funds you already paid and in case you change your mind.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should be able to see your scheduled plan change.Just select it and &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;Cancel&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; it. If the plan is not listed that means the plan change was not setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
