Hi @OnielTrosclair , just to confirm, are you getting a message saying "SIM Network Unlock PIN"? If so, it looks like your phone is still locked from your previous network provider. You can contact them to request for it to be unlocked and I believe they don't charge customers anymore for unlocking phones.

@OnielTrosclair If your SIM is locked to your previous provider you will need to contact them for the PIN, they cannot charge you for the code. If you locked your PM you will need to contact the moderators here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

That means phone is locked to another carrier. Get the unlock code from them. Don't guess codes or you will make your phone non-unlockable.

One more thing if you don't know who we previous provider you can contact manufacturer they should be able to unlock too
