    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently (since about late July/mid-August), I have been unable to receive encrypted MMS on public mobile. Prior to this, I was able to receive encrypted MMS without issue. I can still recieve unencrypted MMS no problem. Was something changed recently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's sent and received exactly the same as a regular MMS, just the data is encrypted before it's sent.</description>

If that's the case, both users need the app installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't imagine the cellular operator being able to influence this at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Both users do have the app installed. I wouldn't expect the mobile carrier to affect the operation of the app, but it is the case. I can receive encrypted MMS without issue on my second Telus SIM, but I can't on my Public Mobile SIM. Additionally, I was able to use the Public Mobile SIM just fine earlier this year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
