      <title>Started new plan -- CANNOT log in to Self Serve</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated the SIM card successfully, my credit card was charged, and I have service. However, I cannot log into Self Serve to view or change anything about my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tried clearing cache on my browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tried using incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tried using a different browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="chrome_2019-06-29_19-06-37.png" style="width: 453px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/21124i5B1AFEDD7339C81F/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="chrome_2019-06-29_19-06-37.png" alt="chrome_2019-06-29_19-06-37.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39529"&gt;@Fuxtapose&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Try going to My Account and rather than logging in, click Create an account and create your self serve account. I had that problem, it registered my number and plan but didn't actually create my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
