    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just confirming what the process is for unlocking an account. I've private messaged&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and waiting a response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "Forgot Passord" process was giving me headaches for a few days, but finally it worked and got through to my Security Question, which of course would not take any answer I could imagine. I may have forgot the correct answer. Now its locked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other way to unlock other than waiting for a Moderator?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
