    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24294"&gt;@derek_chen158&lt;/a&gt;I assume you know how to get LTE working and you no longer has 3G in your selfserve plan account profile. What is the speed you are expecting? Also what happens (assuming you can get another Telus network SIM) when you compare with the speed with another phone on Telus network at the same location?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It can be a problem with "up to" speeds, I just want to make sure it is not a location issue that is your limitation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
