Data not working

Hi all,

My data randomly stopped working with a "X" on the mobile data icon on my phone. I've checked the APN and account status. What I've noticed is that the data no longer shows up on my online account (12GB per 3 months from a Sping promo). Any help is appreciated!

You have used up all your data. The add-on dissaprars when used up.

You can go without data or ask mods to renew your plan early or buy a data add-on 1gb/30$

So the data won't show 12GB / 12GB used and instead disappears?

Ask public mobile to change that so it will appear to show up after used.

@MoreYummy we have been asking for that since at least 2016, maybe longer. Don't hold your breath!
