No one here knows. There is a signup form on the plan page I believe, it was not activated for the last promo, might be for the next one though.

Recenty, the PM promo had changed to new activation only.

I am still waiting for $25 referral credit for referrer and referee before switching more lines to PM. I may need to wait for a long long time with the promos from the last few months.
