I now have $200 on my account for a $50 plan nothing I’ve tried has worked

Did you try with the 611? Is your account shows ACTIVE? Can you call or text? Or nothing?

also assuming you have rebooted phone, and that your plan says expired or suspeneded.

yes i believe there is when a plan is suspended. i believe it takes you to the payment page. as you typically need to add funds to reactivate a plan. (this is from memory, so i could be mistaken)
