I can ping Facebook and get a reply but says service unavailable if you try going to the page itself.

Even if Facebook was down, what does that have to do with Public Mobile? It's not like PM provides customer support through Facebook anymore.

I think NDesai takes umbrage with you marking your post as a solution. Solutions are kinda valuable here. You didn't solve anything. You announced something that was happening to you. Then claimed you fixed it and calling it a solution.

I know you're new here so around these parts marking your own posts as a solution is frowned upon as being perhaps of questionable repute.

To be fair...he changed it after something was said. After I posted, I saw that he had and added my edit.
