      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/81478"&gt;@lawontario&lt;/a&gt;I would suggest don't do anything and just wait for the Moderators to respond. Your SIM card has not be provisioned properly on Public's end and requires them to do it manually. It sucks but that's why Public is so cheap, you get what you pay for. If you are in a rush, just move to Koodo, they are better equipped in the customer service dept. Think about this as the bare bones economy economy DIY class.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
