Can't make payment SOLVED

My account is suspended and it wont re-activate even though I have a balance of $25. I have even tried to change my plan and again it will not work. I have cut and pasted the message I get -- hat am I to do?

Current Balance: $25.00
Amount Due: $0.00

Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later.

An error occured and we were unable to change your plan.

The problem was that the "lost/stolen" option was active - as soon as I disabled it all is well -

Is you phone working? If it is then don't worry about account is suspended. This situation sometimes happened in renewed date.
