      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is suspended and it wont re-activate &amp;nbsp;even though I have a balance of $25. &amp;nbsp;I have even tried to change my plan and again it will not work. I have cut and pasted the message I get -- hat am I to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Current Balance: $25.00&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="expired-balance-head"&gt;Amount Due: $0.00&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="error-message-container track-ga-error"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Sorry! We weren't able to process your request.
