      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My original plan expired two weeks ago when I’m out of country. &amp;nbsp;When I wanted to change my plan to reflect my new need, there is no button in the UI for me to change my plan NOW even when there is sufficient balance in my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read some articles and found it needs &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to help. &amp;nbsp;Is that true?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any comment will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sam&lt;/P&gt;</description>
