You can buy batteries at the same locations where cell phones are sold: Staples, Best Buy, Costco, London Drugs, Walmart, Amazon, and independent cellphone stores.

If you have a battery that is difficult to replace, call each of the above. Give them the make and model in order to determine if they have what you need.
