Hi guys

i have 10 $ plan with 10 min remaining out of 50, so i decided to charge with 200 min addon, but if my bill date is tomorrow, then, which minutes will be used first, the addon mins or my monthly plan 50 mins?

Today, first your 10 minutes, then your 200 minute add-on.

Tomorrow when your plan renews, your 50 minutes will be used, then your add-on.

@feedo, the included minutes in the plan are always consumed first before using add-on minutes. Be careful interpreting the dates in the self serve system. The date on the overview page is the date for ensuring top up is completed if not using auto pay. The date shown in the rewards page is the actual renewal date. The payment date is one day before the renewal date. Renewal typically occurs around 2:00am eastern time.
