Stop Long Distance Message Every Call

I have the Canada Wide talk plan and every time I call someone with a different area code I get this annoying message saying it is a long distance call even though my plan allows me to call. How can I get rid of this?

You might find that adding a ”1” to the beginning of your phone call dial might solve the issue.

Type the 1 before the number should do it. Ex. 1-800-555-1701
