It seem to be a nice phone but I just don't trust ASUS anymore for Android updates. Last time that i bought a product of them, they stopped doing updates for Android on my flagship tablet before they stop selling it !

They are in pre-order.

In the US, the price of the high end model is 299$.

This is better to wait for the new Google Nexus 5 v2015
