One account per phone number.

Closest you can do is refer the new account from your old account and receive a $1 per 30 day credit forever and a $10 bonus for the new account (and possibly the old account if a promotion is going on)

Each phone needs a different email address. You can pay with 1 credit card, but need separate email addresses.

@sgbrar13 the closest you can get is to use a gmail alias if you use gmail.

name@gmail.com, name+123@gmail.com both are sent to name@gmail.com

@sgbrar13 Public Mobile does not support 2 phone number per account. You need to create seperate accounts using seperate emails but you can use the same credit card for AutoPay for both accounts.

For each account, the key identifier is email address and it is not allowed to duplicate with phone numbers. In short, 1 email for 1 phone number and there is no exception. As others suggest, create a new email address for another phone number.
