      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi sir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just activated my sim card, and I was supose to get&amp;nbsp;$25 account credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got a new free&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;public mobile sim card&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;on August 26 from walmart and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;activated&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;a plan there too. i thought i&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;was supposed&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;get $25 credit&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;within 72 hours. I checked&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;my account&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, haven't seen the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;credit&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. who should I ask for help? also How coud I use my previous number?.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It hasn't been 72 hours yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In self-serve, click on "Plan and Add-Ons" and then click on "Change Phone Number". Follow the instructions to transfer your phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This isn't an issue until August 30th, as you only activated on the 26th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;72 hours is 3 days.&amp;nbsp; Not 3 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was the sim activated at Walmart or London Drugs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I activated three lines on Thursday, August 23 and the $25 credit appeared in all three accounts on Friday morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some people receive the $25 really quickly - the next morning. A lot others do wait a little longer. I wonder whether&amp;nbsp;it's the setup of auto payment that makes the difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
