My phone keeps dying, even though the battery is not depleted. The only way to turn it back on is to plug it in the charger.

This happens ten-fifteen times a day.

Do you have a solution?

Hello,

From your description, it sounds as if you have a defective battery. If the phone was purchased from PM less than a year ago and has not been exposed to water, call *611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC if you are a grandfathered customer.

If you became a customer on or after January 27, 2015, you are considered a new customer, and must communicate with PM by web mail. Click Contact Us in the lower column of this site's homepage. A new page will open with Email Away on it. Click that. Another page will open, with a radio button web form. Complete it as appropriate, and a PM rep will contact you. You will be sent a postage paid envelope for your phone. You will not be supplied with a replacement phone in the interim.

If you did not buy your phone from PM, call the vendor regarding its return policies.

Good luck!
