      <description>&lt;P&gt;Samsung s6 , mms not working ,now data stopped working, wifi is ok, calls ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was working fine for 6months..didnt change anything, restarted, took out SIM card etc...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not in airplane mode, no problem with account, display for data&amp;nbsp; usage shows I used 90mb and have room for more...Cant open any webpage by data, but usage still counts (about 1mb every 30 minutes or so)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/64752"&gt;@kassicho&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; could you have accidently turned off data.&amp;nbsp; (airplane mode &amp;nbsp; turns off wifi, bluetooth and data) toggling mobile data just turns off data. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Its happened to people here.&amp;nbsp; It also might be worth trying to toggle it anyway.&amp;nbsp; I know it happens to me with wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;another option is to try your sim in another phone (dont forget to set APN).&amp;nbsp; that will&amp;nbsp; isolate hardware vs account issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A couple things to try just in case:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Turn on data roaming. Sometimes there are bugs after updates, and hopefully it'll only be temporary.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If 1 didn't work, try resetting your network settings. On iPhone, it's under Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Reset, and on Android it's unders Apps &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Backup and Reset.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let us know if one of these works!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MMS requires mobile data to be turned on, whether you have a data plan or not.&amp;nbsp; The MMS usage is 'zero-rated', meaning it will use your mobile data, without it being recorded as consumption of your (available) mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN settings must be set up to allow for MMS an all other potential mobile data usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
