it should be on now you don't have to do anything else does it show up in your add ons?

@karatebarb It starts automatically, but your phone needs to have roaming on. Make sure that it shows up under your addon sections in your account.

the good thing about PM is that you can leave roaming on all the time since there are no roaming charges

U.S. Roaming Add-ons are enabled a soon as you buy them. With the US add-ons, you need to connect to the roaming partner networks (AT&T, T-Mobile) in order to use the service. Make sure you enable roaming on your phone.
