      <description>&lt;P&gt;Top upped with vouchers funds are available on account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone was suspend on the 19th payment was made on the 20&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone never reactivated after payment how can I get my phone going more then enough balance to activate plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
