    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good that you have a happy story to report about the support staff.&amp;nbsp; Generally, they do an excellent job.&amp;nbsp; The problem a lot of people don't appreciate is that the moderator team is a small number of staff and as such they are not set up to process large volumes of problems with instantaneous turn around time.&amp;nbsp; Just because queue time is a day or two does not mean they are not working their butts off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know there have been some issues and the mods have taken some flak with delays, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But!!! I just wanted to pass along that &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;was unbelievably amazing in helping me out with my community rewards issue. She was courteous and made me feel like she cared and genuinely wanted to resolve this issue for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So thanks to the mods for all that you do (just thought they should be getting some love during this stretch &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
