@yashone1you have $50 in available funds but do you have a plan? Having a plan is more important than having funds.

If you do have a plan, try your SIM card in another phone.. if it doesn't work then contact the Moderators. I would peg it to a bad provisioning.. it happens.

Hi,

I activated my sim card yesterday and it shows no service. I have an Iphone 7. The phone is unlocked from previous provider. I have 50$ for available funds. I did remove sim card and put it back, switch the phone on/off, still nothing.

It's searching on public mobile or automatic mode for a few seconds and show no service.

Someone has an idea about the next step?

Does your plan show up in the overview page?

50$ in available funds???? What plan did you purchase and how much was it? Was it a $60 plan by chance?

New activations should have at most $2 available funds(autopay credit) if activation went properly.

Is it possible you had a bad activation? Can you post a screenshot of payment history?

You could try the lost stolen trick toggle lost stolen mode for a minute click plans and addons then lost stolen. Then the report phone as lost.
