I just recently bought a sim card and need to activate my acount. I have a foreign visa card and just found out it dosnt work. Is payment voucher the best option? How do I get one and proceed?

Vouchers are available at lots of places. You could also pay a convenience fee online at a couple outfits.

Another option is to use those prepaid "credit" card gift cards.

You could go the voucher route by picking one up at a store. A friend could help you out if you have someone who is willing to let you use a credit card that would be accepted. Recharge.com sells vouchers by sending the code by e-mail message, and they accept Paypal.

@salstar You can also go to www.recharge.com. If you buy a voucher in-store the code you use is a 12 digit numeric code on the receipt, depending on where you go it could take up to 48 hours after purchase for the voucher to be activated.

Doesn't everybody have a Paypal account? 🙂 They probably would. They're a Dutch company so they would know a thing or two about online credit card transactions. Although I had a bit of a struggle using my cc until after some back and forth with the issuer and then the next day it worked fine.

Edit: and that was *with* Paypal.

@salstarIt should work if your foreign card is setup with Paypal.. do note Paypal has disadvantageous exchange rates so beware. Why don't you just go to your nearest store to pick up a voucher?
