      <title>New Phone on PM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a unlocked HTC One.&amp;nbsp; Currently works on Petro-Canada mobile.&amp;nbsp; Pop in the new sim and I get nothing.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Network within settings shows Unknown.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, find another known working and unlocked phone and try the PM sim card.&amp;nbsp; If the SIM card works.. it is not a problem with your phone but with PM. The public database could still gets its information wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW the PM SIM card has to be activated in order to display Public Mobile (so it needs to have a paid plan), as it has to be provisioned by the network. If not it will say No Service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
